System Requirements

Our remAid Spectator WebApp does not require a huge amount of computing power. The web application can be run on almost any PC. Hence, the minimum requirements are rather basic:

Processor	Minimum 1,1 GHz (or faster), 2 core-processor. For Intel processors, the maximum speed achieved with Intel Turbo Boost technology (max. Turbo frequency) must be taken into account.
Working memory	4,0 GB RAM
Display	Screen resolution of at least 1024 x 768 pixels
Devices	Microphone and speakers

Network Requirements

Since remAid is an application which connects you to another person via internet, you need an internet connection. Due to the real-time audio & video stream, quite high bandwidth is required to run remAid smoothly.

You need at least a 4G internet connection on both sides, the Spectator Web and the Operator HoloLens App.

Supported Browsers

Currently only desktop browsers are supported. Mobile browsers are not yet supported due to technical limitations.
