Operator HoloLens App

We are constantly improving remAid and adding new features. Approximately every 3 months a new version will be released, which will be automatically installed on the HoloLens. You will be notified about updates via email one week prior to the official release. You will receive a changelog of the respective changes in the updated version and a notification, that the help articles on our website will be updatet on release date of the new version.

The remAid updates will be pushed automatically on your HoloLens. To make sure, that you receive the Update please properly restart your remAid App two times. To learn how to restart the App, please have a look at the Restarting the App article.

When the Update is performed you will see an Updating Window once you start the remAid App. Apart from restarting the App properly, you don't have to do anything, but inform yourself about the new functionalities in the help articles on our remaid.io help page.
